Welcome to the wonderful world that is Jonas!

This is the first post for my photo blog/ who knows what else I’ll use it for. I firmly believe creativity is a muscle that can be built up and made stronger by exercising it. The best way to do that is to create goals. Two good examples from my own experience are, forcing yourself to write daily or locking yourself in a bathroom and not leaving until you’ve taken a hundred photos.  Everyone takes a decent picture every once in a while, but what does it take to take them more often and when you want to? How do you move from average to good or from good to brilliant? I’m not saying that anything brilliant will ever appear on this website or that brilliance will ever come from my own sweat and tears, but I will gain a better understanding of abilities as an amateur photographer and the progressions I make. So my goal is to post a photo every week for 52 straight weeks. As a shy person I have always been apprehensive to show my works to others and by finally putting myself out there, with issues of self-doubt and worries of being rejected, I can break the shackles that hold down my creativity.
