Wow its been a long time! I’ve got tons of sweet pics to upload just need to actually upload them. I’ve been crazy busy as of late. The good news is I just got the new Canon 7D!!!! I can’t wait to do some shooting. Also got an awesome new lens that may be worth more than my life. Only time will tell I guess. I should have some new pictures up before the weekend is over.

Just got back from Bare Bones Film Festival where The Stevie Wondershow won best comedy!!! Time to upload and sift through my pictures and put something up.
I know I haven’t had many pics lately so I’ll get right on top of that when I get back from the Bare Bones Film Festival which will host the WORLD PREIMERE of the STEVIE WONDERSHOW this Saturday (April 25th, 2009). I’m all packed up and ready for the 10 hour drive to Muskogee, OK this morning and I won’t be back til Monday. I should have some sweet picks to put up after this sweet trip. Not only will I meet some cool people and check out some good films this week, I also get to hang out with Chris, Ryan, Andrew, Colleen, Tayler, and Mike. It’ll be like May 2008 expect in April 2009. Everyone should definitely check out Steviewondershow.com and also check out my twitter feed on the sidebar directly to the right of this post. I’ll be updating it via text messages throughout the festival. Oh and don’t be afraid to wish me and the movie luck as we are nominated for best comedy at the festival (I’d love to get some texts).

Water Test
I spent a session a while ago playing with water and high shutter speeds and here is one of the results. I really want to give this a go again sometime. For one thing I didn’t even notice the reflection of the tree on the glass while I was shooting and also I would like to get more lights set up so I can try even higher shutter speeds. They say “only show your best work” but I’m kind of thinking that is not the direction I want to go with this blog because posting something like this (that I’m not proud of) really makes me reflect on what went right and what went wrong and it also helps you and I see how I learn and get better at certain techniques.
Update news: I think I’ll post a photo almost everyday day this week to catch up on my missed weeks as opposed to just posting them all today. That way I have more time to play around with editing my pics and also so I can try taking some water shots again.
Long story short, Jonas had to wipe his computer and start over and its taken awhile to get everything back in order and my photoshop plugins installed. So, I should have a few pics up in the next few days. I took them awhile ago now just need to edit them.

My Favorite Model
Well I’m back from my trip to Clarion. I snapped quite a few shoots of my niece (It was her 1st birthday). She is growing up fast and getting pretty good at posing for me. Check back soon as I should have a picture from her party up on the site (if I can ever figure out some of the new features in Photoshop CS4).
New pic coming either tonight or tomorrow morning depending on when my computer and photoshop start getting along!
