Well I’m back from my trip to Clarion. I snapped quite a few shoots of my niece (It was her 1st birthday). She is growing up fast and getting pretty good at posing for me. Bokeh (derived from Japanese boke, a noun form of bokeru, “become blurred or fuzzy”) is a photographic term referring to the appearance of out-of-focus areas in an image produced by a camera lens using a shallow depth of field. Thanks wikipedia!
So this is more of a test snapshot rather than a Jonas masterpiece. With some diy craftiness you can change the bokeh shape of your lens. This was shot with a 50mm prime lens at f2.0, 1/50, ISO 200 if anyone really had the urge to know what I shot it at.
